Matthew Fox was arrested Friday in Bend, Oregon, for a DUI.
Gossip Cop confirms that police pulled over the actor in his hometown where he lives with his wife Margherita Ronchi and two children and booked him for driving under the influence.
This is Matthew's second brush with the law. His bad-boy behavior made headlines last August after he reportedly punched a female bus driver in the chest and stomach after being told he had to exit the vehicle. Of course, he was intoxicated at the time, but managed to skate away charge-free from the incident.
