Harry Styles swapped numbers with a beautiful Canadian singer after a gig.

Alyssa Reid, 19, met his group One Direction at the Liverpool Echo Arena in Liverpool, North West

England, over the weekend and though she refused to give specific details of their meeting, she hinted she is planning a date with Harry - who is famed for his love of older women - following their chat.

Alyssa - who later posted a picture of herself with Harry and his bandmate Zayn Malik, who has a girlfriend, on twitter - said: "Yes I have introduced myself and I may or may not have got a phone number. I never kiss and tell. I'm not telling you. I can't tell.

"I would never go for a taken man though, so he must be one of the single ones."

Alyssa is due to perform on the same bill as One Direction again next weekend and she admitted she would like to cook for her new love interest.

She added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "We're doing another show on Sunday so maybe I'll make a move on him then. I shouldn't have told you but I would love to cook for him - asparagus-stuffed chicken with hollandaise sauce. That's one way to get a man."

Harry was recently reported to be reading dating manual 'The Game: Penetrating the Secret Society of Pickup Artists' to boost his sex appeal with women.

A source said: "Believe it or not, Harry hasn't always been 100 per cent confident around the ladies. So when Olly [Murs] told him about the book, he was gripped straight away and read it in a week."

One Direction think Harry Styles will end up a "lonely old man".

The 18-year-old hunk - who has dated a string of older women, including TV presenter Caroline Flack - is the matchmaker of the group and though his bandmates are grateful to him for introducing them to their

girlfriends, they worry he'll never find anyone himself.

Liam Payne - who is dating dancer Danielle Peazer - told i93 Dallas: "This has never been told before, but when I actually got with my girlfriend Harry was the boy that set us up.

"And with Louis [Tomlinson] and Eleanor [Calder], it was also Harry. Harry is the magic match-up man.

"He is like Hitch - he can do for everyone else but not himself. He will end up a lonely old man."

Meanwhile, both Harry and Liam have been looking at £1 million properties in the same street in Primrose Hill, north west London.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "The boys are working so hard and getting so much attention they want to start seeing what they've earned and find somewhere they can call their own and relax in.

"They really like the idea of Primrose Hill. It's a celebrity haven and they're the biggest news in town right now."

Liam, 18, visited a 1,400sq ft property worth a whopping £1.35million last Thursday (12.07.12) which is described as an "extremely spacious 2 bedroom apartment located in a prestigious Georgian building".

The bachelor pad is furnished to "the highest specification" and contains a "mezzanine style study area".

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber plan to keep Harry Styles away from their "hot" mothers.

The couple have befriended the 18-year-old One Direction singer and are surprised that, despite the number of girls his own age who throw themselves at him, he prefers to date older women.

Selena told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Justin has become really good buddies with the guys in One Direction and we know some beautiful young women in the industry who have major crushes on Harry.

"He could probably take his pick from the hottest young girls in Hollywood but from what Justin has been telling me, it's not the young girls he's looking at.

"I guess you just can't blame him when you see how hot women such as Cameron Diaz, Eva Longoria and Sofia Vergara look.

"Both me and Justin still have really hot mums and Justin was like, 'Harry might have become one of my best buddies, but with his record, we need to keep him away from our mums.' "

Meanwhile, a young fan managed to evade One Direction's security team at a show in Houston, Texas, by dressing as Louis Tomlinson's girlfriend Eleanor Calder - and even convinced some of the 'One Thing' hitmaker's bandmates that she was the student.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Fans outside the gig believed this girl was Eleanor and started hounding her about Louis and asking for her autograph.

"Security saw the commotion and took her inside the venue to present to Louis, who obviously told them it wasn't her."

In case you didn’t know, Harry is 18-year-old. He also briefly dated English television presenter Caroline Flack, which caused media controversy over their fifteen-year age gap.

Harry Styles may be upset with women, or he just likes men. Or he just wants some attention. Or whatever!!!!
