James Franco Making A Film About Lindsay Lohan

James Franco recently posted an ad on Actor's Access looking to find two thespians to star in a new feature film, but the celebs he's looking to portray might surprise you.





According to casting information, Franco is looking to direct a picture about "two Hollywood celebrities" and has described the characters needed as a male to fill "James Franco Types ages 13, 21, 30, 45, and 60" and a female to play a " Lindsay Lohan type ages 13, 21, 30, 45 and 60."





At this point, there isn't any other information out there about the flick, but it is set to be produced by Miles Levy and Vince Jolivette, who are partners with the "Spring Breakers" actor in Rabbit Bandini Productions.





No word on whether or not James and LiLo will make appearances in the film, but this idea may not come as too much of a shock, as the two have been off screen friends for quite some time.

Arnold Schwarzenegger will hits the big screen again in “The Last Stand.”





New Line Cinemas released a new trailer for the action-packed flick on Wednesday. It shows the 65-year-


old actor alongside Zach Gilford, Forest Whitaker, Luis Guzman, Rodrigo Santoro, Johnny Knoxville, Jaimie Alexander, Eduardo Noriega, Peter Stormare, Harry Dean Stanton and Genesis Rodriguez.





The Kim Jee-Woon directed film follows the “Terminator” star portraying a small town sheriff trying to stop some well-armed drug cartel men.





You can catch “The Last Stand” in theaters on January 18. For now,

“End of Watch” has just released a red band trailer and it looks like it’s going to be an intense ride from beginning to end.





The forthcoming flick is due to hit theaters on September 28th and stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Michael Pena, Anna Kendrick, Frank Gillo and America Ferrera.





Per the synopsis, “A powerful story of family, friendship, love, honor and courage, ‘End of Watch’ stars Gyllenhaal and Peña as young Los Angeles police officers Taylor and Zavala as they patrol the city’s meanest streets of south central Los Angeles.”





“Giving the story a gripping, first-person immediacy, the action unfolds entirely through footage from the handheld HD cameras of the police officers, gang members, surveillance cameras, and citizens caught in the line of fire to create a riveting portrait of the city's most dangerous corners, the cops who risk their lives there every day, and the price they and their families are forced to pay.”

Summit Entertainment released a new Japanese trailer for "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2".





The new clip offers fans new scenes, which have Japanese subtitles and feature all of the film's biggest stars including Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner





As for the movie, the final installment of the hit Stephanie Meyer books is described as follows: after the birth of Renesmee, the Cullens gather other vampire clans in order to protect the child from a false allegation that puts the family in front of the Volturi.

Universal Pictures released the trailer for its new highly anticipated comedy “This Is 40”.





Judd Apatow's newest fan-favorite flick focuses on former “Knocked Up” couple Pete and Debbie, played by Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann.




In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Apatow explained the meaning of the film saying, "It's about getting older," adding, "what the hell happened? Am I making all the right choices? Is this where I'm supposed to be? Is this it? All of those dreams that you had when you were young, all of the possibilities, when you lock into marriage and kids, do the possibilities dwindle or go away?"





Starring plenty of Hollywood heavyweights including Megan Fox, Melissa McCarthy and Jason Segel, “This Is 40” is set to hit theaters on December 21.

“On The Road” has just released a new trailer to whet the proverbial whistle.





The adaptation of Jack Kerouac’s famous novel captures the spirit of the Beat Generation with a crazy tale of youthful indiscretion.





Per the synopsis, “Dean and Sal search for “It,” and it results in a fast-paced, energetic roller coaster ride with highs and lows throughout the US.”





“On The Road” stars Kristen Stewart, Viggo Mortensen, Kirsten Dunst, Tom Sturridge, and Amy Adams.

The trailer for "The Paperboy" has made its way to the web!





The two and a half minutes worth of footage features high-powered co-stars Zac Efron and Nicole Kidman alongside fellow castmate Matthew McConaughey.




Also starring John Cusack, the sure-to-be-entertaining thriller finds "a reporter who returns to his Florida hometown to investigate a case involving a death row inmate."





Directed by Lee Daniels, "The Paperboy" is set to make its way into theaters in 2012.

A new trailer for the horror thriller was released today (August 1) co-starring Elisabeth Shue, Max Thieriot, and Gil Bellows in addition to the 21-year-old rising star.




The film tells the story of newly divorced Sarah (Shue) and her daughter Elissa (Lawrence) who find the house of their dreams in a small rural town. When unexplainable events occur, the newcomers learn that the town holds a chilling secret.





The house next door once housed a family whose daughter killed the parents in their bed. Only her brother survived (Thieriot). Elissa begins a relationship with the mysterious Ryan and the mystery begins to intensify.

The Andrew Dominik directed film also stars James Gandolfini, Sam Rockwell, Richard Jenkins, Bella Heathcote, Vincent Curatola, Ray Liotta, Scoot McNairy, Ben Mendelsohn and Linara Washington.

“Taken 2” has just released a brand new teaser trailer.





The globe-hopping tale takes Liam Neeson and his family to Eastern Europe this time around, and the action looks positively riveting.





Per the synopsis, “Neeson returns as Bryan Mills, the retired CIA agent with a particular set of skills who stopped at nothing to save his daughter Kim from Albanian kidnappers. When the father of one of the kidnappers swears revenge and takes Bryan and his wife hostage during their family vacation in Istanbul, Bryan enlists Kim to help them escape, and uses the same advanced level of special forces tactics to get his family to safety and systematically take out the kidnappers one by one.”





Slated for an October 5th release, “Taken 2” also stars Maggie Grace, Famke Janssen, Rade Sherbedigia, and Luke Grimes.

Here's the first teaser trailer for “Man of Steel.”





The Zack Snyder directed film stars Henry Cavill and Amy Adams and follows the famous superhero Superman on his journey to battle his villain General Zod, played by Michael Shannon.





Author Larry Tye recently spoke about the need for a positive superhero film saying, “The success of The Avengers suggests how anxious we are for heroes who can set things right. Man of Steel, I predict, will do an even better just lifting our spirits and offering up a welcome escape.”





“Man of Steel” also stars Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane and Kevin Costner and is scheduled to hit theaters on June 14, 2013.

Shocking news from Aurora, Colorado where an armed man entered a movie theater and opened fire. He killed 2 people and injured 50 others. The massacre occurred about 12:30 a.m. at the Century 16 movie theater in Aurora, Colorado. The “horrific event” occurred during midnight screenings of the new Batman film “The Dark Knight Rises”.





According to several sources, the man set off a smoke or tear gas bomb then walked up to the front of the screen in one of the theaters and opened fire.





At first, the movie patrons thought the scene was part of the movie. When they realized it was a real attack, they tried to escape.





“There was this one guy on all fours crawling. There was this girl spitting up blood. There were bullet holes in some people’s backs, in some people’s arms. There was one guy who was just stripped down to his boxers. It looked like he had been shot in the back or something”, Donovan Tate, who escaped from the packed theater told CBS4.





President Barack Obama, who is in Palm Beach, Fla., was notified of the shooting by Homeland Security Advisor John Brennan at 5:26 a.m. ET. He released the following statement:





“Michelle and I are shocked and saddened by the horrific and tragic shooting in Colorado. Federal and local law enforcement are still responding, and my Administration will do everything that we can to support the people of Aurora in this extraordinarily difficult time. We are committed to bringing whoever was responsible to justice, ensuring the safety of our people, and caring for those who have been wounded. As we do when confronted by moments of darkness and challenge, we must now come together as one American family. All of us must have the people of Aurora in our thoughts and prayers as they confront the loss of family, friends, and neighbors, and we must stand together with them in the challenging hours and days to come”, he said.

Chris Brown gets to flex his acting muscles while showing off his already bulging dance muscles in his new movie Battle Of The Year (formerly Planet B-Boy).





The film, shot in Los Angeles and in Montpellier, France, follows some of the America’s best b-boys (Breezy included) as they come together and train for Battle of the Year, the Olympics of break dancing.


Along with Breezy, the Benson Lee-directed flick stars Lost alum Josh Holloway, Laz Alonso, Josh Peck, and Caity Lotz.


Battle Of The Year hits movie theaters on January 25, 2013.

Daniel Radcliffe to star in horror drama 'Horns'

Daniel Radcliffe is set to apply his acting talents to another horror movie.





On the back of his success with ‘The Woman in Black’, Radcliffe is to star in 'Horns', which is based on the book by Joe Hill and which Alexandre Aja, of Piranha renown is to direct.





Variety reports that the film is to centre around the story of a Man falsely accused of the murder of his girlfriend.





He sprouts a set of horns on his head that enable him to extract the truth from people and he uses them to track down the real culprit of his girl’s murder.





The film is to start shooting later in the year.





Meanwhile Daniel has recently completed filming ‘Kill Your Darlings’, an indie drama in which he portrays the poet Allen Ginsberg in his youth.





The Woman in Black was Radcliffe’s first project post Happy Potter fame and has become the UK’s biggest grossing horror film to date, as well as that which has attracted the most complaints.

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is reportedly in talks to star in the horror spoof "Scary Movie 5" alongside "High School Musical" star Ashley Tisdale.





According to E!, an offer has yet to be made, but a role in a major movie may be just what the fiery redhead needs to rehabilitate her career. A source tells the source that the 26-year-old had one meeting with Dimension Films exec Bob Weinstein.





The "Mean Girls" star just wrapped Lifetime movie "Liz & Dick" in which she plays Elizabeth Taylor opposite "True Blood" actor Grant Bowler as Richard Burton.





Controversy erupted on the "Liz & Dick" set earlier this summer when Miss Lohan "Herbie Fully Loaded" star was taken to the hospital for "exhaustion and dehydration" from overwork.





"Scary Movie 5" is scheduled to open in April 2013.

The snip shows Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Gary Oldman discussing ‘the Batman’ as characters John Blake and Commissioner Gordon.




“The Dark Knight Rises” is scheduled to hit theaters on July 20th in standard format as well as IMAX, and stars Christian Bale, Michael Caine, and Anne Hathaway.





Per the synopsis, “Eight years after Batman took the fall for Two Face's crimes, a new terrorist leader, Bane, overwhelms Gotham's finest, and the Dark Knight resurfaces to protect a city that has branded him an enemy.”

ride across Manhattan to get a haircut. Along the way the 28-year-old billionaire's day devolves into an odyssey with a cast of characters that start to tear his world apart.







The film also stars Juliette Binoche, Sarah Gadon, Mathieu Amalric, Jay Baruchel, Kevin Durand, K’Naan and Emily Hampshire.





The anticipated new flick already released earlier this year at the Cannes Film, is set to hit the big screens on August 17.

The trailer for Tom Cruise's upcoming movie “Jack Reacher” has just been released.





Hitting the web on Tuesday (July 3), the Paramount Pictures thriller offered up the official clip after an international trailer debuted over the past weekend.





As for the Cruise-led motion picture, "Jack Reacher" is directed by Christopher McQuarrie while following the story of a trained military shooter who tracks down an enemy in an eye-to-eye battle.





Set to hit theaters on December 21st, the cast is rounded out by Rosamund Pike, David Oyelowo, Richard Jenkins, Alexia Fast, Robert Duvall, Jai Courtney and Werner Herzog.

The 30-year-old actress portrays a mother whose son is abducted by a mysterious entity in the small mining town, which inspires the movie’s title.





Image Entertainment also released its domestic one-sheet poster for the film, which shows the terrified “Summer Catch” star backed by a looming hooded figure.





The Pascal Laugier directed and written film also stars Jodelle Ferland, Stephen McHattie, William B. Davis and Samantha Ferris and hits theaters on August 31st.

Vin Diesel’s latest project Riddick, has an online image available now thanks to the man himself.





Riddick is seen on an apparently desolate planet, where he has been left for dead, face partially covered with his weapons at the ready.





This third movie in the sci-fi franchise, sees Mercenary Riddick at the mercy of an alien race and as if that wasn’t bad enough, another gang of mercenaries have him in their sights and there’s a price tag on his head.





Diesel’s been doing his own promotion too, telling fans via Facebook, "You know I like to let you in on things, even before Hollywood knows..." says Diesel. "Haha... Last night I was invited in to the editing room, to see the first cut of the new Riddick... WOW!!! P.s. I was so affected/excited... I couldn't sleep. GRRRR!!!"





Movie is released here in the UK 2013.
