Elton John Calls Madonna A 'Fairground Stripper'

Elton John has made it known that he’s sick of Madonna and her diva-like ways.

The “Crocodile Rock” singer (65) told press, “She’s such a nightmare. Sorry, her career is over. Her tour has been a disaster and it couldn’t happen to a bigger ****.”

And Elton was just getting started- “If Madonna had any common sense she would have made a record like Ray of Light and stayed away from the dance stuff and just been a great pop singer and make great pop records, which she does brilliantly.”

“But no, she had to go and prove… she looks like a f**king fairground stripper. She’s been so horrible to Gaga,” he noted.

Things got bad between Madge and Elton after her song beat his at the Golden Globe Awards. John wrote, “Best song???? F**k off!!! Madonna winning Best Original Song truly shows how these awards have nothing to do with merit. Her acceptance speech was embarrassing in its narcissism. And her criticism of Gaga shows how desperate she really is.”

Madonna Takes Another Swipe At Lady Gaga

Madonna-Takes-Another-Swipe-At-Lady-Gaga

Madonna has made another jibe at Lady Gaga.

The 'Celebration' singer claimed she is a big fan of the younger pop star's track 'Born This Way' - which has previously been compared with her hit 'Express Yourself' - because she "helped to write" the song.

She said on Brazilian TV:  "I'm a really big fan of ['Born This Way']. I'm glad that I helped Gaga write it."

Madonna - who has performed a mash-up of 'Born This Way' and 'Express Yourself' during her 'MDNA' gigs - has previously claimed Gaga copied her track.

She has said:  "I thought, 'What a wonderful way to redo my song'. I mean, I recognised the chord changes. I thought it was... interesting."

However, Gaga has previously hit back on the comparisons, branding them "retarded".

She said: "I'm a songwriter. I've written loads of music. Why would I try to put out a song and think I'm getting one over on everybody? That's retarded.

"What a completely ridiculous thing to even question me about... If you put the songs next to each other, side by side, the only similarities are the chord progression.

"It's the same one that's been in disco music for the last 50 years. Just because I'm the first f**king artist in 25 years to think of putting it on Top 40 radio, it doesn't mean I'm a plagiarist, it means that I'm f**king smart. Sorry!"

Madonna Sued by French Party

Madonna-Sued-by-French-Party

Madonna may get sued! The 53-year-old singer is in trouble after France’s far-right National Front announced it planned to sue her. The reason? Madonna showed a video at a Paris concert that contained an image of the party’s leader with a swastika on her forehead.

National Front spokesman Alain Vizier announced that the party would file a complaint in French court next week for “insults”.

Madonna showed the video during several concerts on her tour. It’s not the first time when the party is warning her about the video. The summit was when Madonna played the video on Sunday night, July 15, at the Stade de France. Party leader Marine Le Pen appears in the video during a montage in which famous faces morph one into the next. After Le Pen’s face flashes up, Madonna’s face follows with Hitler’s mustache.

Marine Le Pen inherited control of the party from her father, Jean-Marie. Since then, she tried to clean the party’s image from the racist and anti-Semitic stigma. Marine has maintained a hard line on immigrants, saying France has too many.

Madonna (Turn Up The Radio) Music Video

Madonna-Turn-Up-The-Radio-Music-Video

Madonna has teamed up with long-term collaborator Tom Munro to shoot the video for her third MDNA single, Turn Up The Radio. Filmed on tour in Florence, the clip really heroes Madonna’s YOLO attitude to

culture, life and beauty aesthetic. It’s charming and the cinematography is stunning.

Madonna being sued for 'Vogue' sample

Madonna-being-sued-for-Vogue-sample

Madonna is being sued for a sample of music used in her 1990 hit 'Vogue'.

Record company VMG Salsoul have accused the 53-year-old singer of using horns and strings from Salsoul

Orchestra's 1977 hit 'Chicago Bus Stop (Ooh, I Love It)' and never paying for them, and in a lawsuit have alleged she has illegally profited from the instrumentals.

According to TMZ.com, the company claims it has had to wait so long to take the issue to court because the sample is not obvious and was only isolated thanks to new technology.

VMG Salsoul is suing for copyright infringement and is demanding unspecified damages.

The company stated: "The unauthorized sampling was deliberately hidden by [Madonna] within 'Vogue' so as to avoid detection. It was only when VMG specifically looked for the sample, with the technology available to it in 2011, that the sampling could be confirmed."

The suit also mentions Richard 'Shep' Pettibone, who was hired to work on the original hit and 'Vogue', with the company claiming he intentionally disguised the sample.

It is not unknown for Madonna to sample songs in her music, most famously with her hit 'Hung Up', which used the hook from 'Gimme Gimme Gimme' by ABBA.

She is currently on a world tour promoting her 'MDNA' album.

Watch: Madonna’s ‘Turn Up The Radio’ video (official sneak peek)

Madonna-Turn-Up-The-Radio-video-sneak-peek

Madonna releases a 30-second preview of her upcoming music video for new single, ‘Turn Up The Radio’. The video received its first sneak peek on UK breakfast show Daybreak earlier this morning and will

premiere in its entirety on VEVO this coming Monday (July 16th). ‘Turn Up The Radio’ serves as the latest single from Madonna’s poorly-recieved new album ‘M.D.N.A’. It was filmed in Florence, Italy during her world tour, and was directed by famous photographer Tom Munro. The clip also comes following Cher‘s “WTF is MDNA” twitter outburst *snort*.

Coincidentally, Cher is a pal of Lady Gaga, whom Madonna has been throwing digs at this entire era. And while Cher is serving heavy heaps of shade, anguished Madonna fans are claiming Cher is just an old bitter has-been spitting on someone who can still release a #1 album in over 20 countries.

*scratches head* I don’t know about you but I think the “old bitter has-been” argument can be distributed to both parties if that’s really the case. Sigh. Watch the sneak peek footage below.

Madonna's Daughter Lourdes Models Her Infamous Cone Bra

Madonna's daughter Lourdes Leon loves to play dress up just like her mom. The 15-year-old posed backstage at her mother's MDNA tour wearing Madonna's cone bra.

Madonna, 53, and Lourdes' Material Girl clothing line tweeted a photo of Lourdes in the sexy costume Wednesday, writing, "Lola backstage at MDNA!" In the backstage photo, Lourdes cups the corset while sticking her tongue out for the camera.

The infamous cone bra from Madonna's 1990 Blonde Ambition tour has been revamped for this year's MDNA Tour. She is currently on the European leg of the 80 nation tour. "What I have done this time is a nod to the conical bra corset of the Blonde Ambition tour but reinterpreted in 3-D, in patent leather on the outside with metallic leather on the inside," designer Jean Paul Gaultier told Women's Wear Daily. "It's all about masculine and feminine, Madonna and Jean Paul Gaultier classics reinterpreted for 2012. I love Madonna. She is the only woman I have asked to marry me. She refused, of course."

Madonna admitted in an April interview with Rock Center's Harry Smith that she needs to be a tougher mother to Lourdes, who was recently photographed smoking a cigarette under age.

[I] wasn't very happy," Madonna said of seeing the photos. "But cigarette smoking I'm not very fond of for anyone." Madonna is also mom to Rocco, her 11-year-old son with ex-husband Guy Ritchie, plus David, 6, and Mercy, 5, whom she adopted; Lourdes' father is Madonna's former beau Carlos Leon.

She added, "I don't approve of anyone smoking cigarettes -- most of all my daughter."

Watch: Madonna Flashes Nipple At Istanbul Concert

Madonna-Flashes-Nipple-At-Istanbul-Concert

At her Istanbul concert on Thursday night, the 53-year-old singer flashed a lot of skin, but she didn't have a wardrobe malfunction.

While performing her hit 1995 song "Human Nature" the singer began stripping off her clothes, first removing her white shirt, before she simply pulled down her bra to give the audience a good look at her right nipple.

The singer, who took the stage at the Super Bowl's halftime show in February, assured "The Tonight Show" host Jay Leno days prior to the game that "for sure [there'd be] no nipples" during her routine, so perhaps Madge was just itching to pull hers out in Istanbul?

It's not as if we haven't seen Madonna's nipple -- or for that matter just about every part of her body -- before. Her breast flashing antics are clearly designed to titillate but, frankly, we're over it.

The singer/actress/director and mother of four has been doing her best to cause controversy on her MDNA tour.

She recently enraged the French National Front leader Marine Le Pen, during her show in Tel Aviv, Israel, when she performed the song "Nobody Knows Me" in front of a giant screen showing Le Pen with a swastika on her forehead.

The image appeared only for a split second in a montage featuring the likes of Sarah Palin and Chinese president Hu Jintao. However, the photo apparently caused enough of a stir for Le Pen to consider suing. According to the Daily Mail, Le Pen has threatened legal action should Madonna continue with the performance in France.

Le Pen is the head of France's National Front, a far-right political party that has been accused of racism.

"We are not a Nazi party, and object to being depicted as such," a party source reportedly told the Daily Mail.

Video: Lady gaga on Madonna Feud: I Don’t Want To Fight Back

Lady-gaga-on-Madonna-Feud-I-Don’t-Want-To-Fight-Back

Earlier this year, Pop icon Madonna struck up controversy when she accused Lady GaGa and DJ White Shadow of ‘ripping’ her hit ‘Express Yourself’ to create GaGa‘s #1 single ‘Born This Way‘.

Going as far as to add a mash-up of the songs to the set of her ‘MDNA‘ Tour, Madonna- much to her own detriment- continues to show no sign of ending her ‘attack’ on the singer even though GaGa is yet to respond.

Well, until now.

Find out what fans who attended the star’s ‘Born This Way Ball‘ in New Zealand claimed she said of the feud below…

Half way through her set, Ms ‘Pokerface‘ is reported to have said:

I learned so much this year about that, I learned a lot about negativity, I’ve learned a lot about people trying to tear you down. I’m just not that person and I never will be.

I don’t want to fight back, it’s more important to me to keep writing music, ’cause that all I really care about.

Madonna’s feud with GaGa marks the ‘diva spat’ she’s been engaged in over the years.

Madonna's kids don't like her music

Madonna's-kids-don't-like-her-music

The 53-year-old singer – who became the most successful artist in British history yesterday when her new album ‘MDNA’ became her 12th number one – admits children Lourdes, Rocco, David and Mercy don’t enjoy listening to her records.

She said: "My kids are brutally honest when it comes to what they don't like. They have no tact whatsoever.

“They'll just say, 'Mum, get that song off' even when mine. It's hurtful but at least they're honest."

Now gearing up for her upcoming world tour, the ‘Hung Up’ hitmaker says she has been hitting the gym like never before in order to deliver the performance of her life.

She told The Sun newspaper: "I have to say that in more than 25 years of performing I have never worked so hard or been so scrupulous. Or freaked out more than I have at the minute.

"My whole life has been a combination of hard work and prayer. Preparation is essential but you need as many angels watching over you as possible as well. I'm getting ready for rehearsing my world tour so I have been in training.

"There's been lots of cardio and I'm doing a combination of pilates and dance cardio. And there's been plenty of skipping rope work. The envelope I'm pushing for is as spectacular a show as I can. It should be a feast for the eyes and ears."

Watch: Madonna's Truth or Dare Fragrance Ad

Watch-Madonna-Truth-or-Dare-Fragrance-Ad

Madonna has just released a sexy new advertisement for her Truth or Dare scent.

The “Papa Don’t Preach” songstress’ new spot picks up where her videos “Erotica” and “Justify My Love” left off, with her hamming it up in black lingerie.

And of course, Madge utters a provocative anthem- “I know I shouldn’t act this way, I know good girls don’t misbehave, but I’m a bad girl.”

Of her love of perfume, Madonna explained, "My oldest memory of my mother is her perfume. I carry it with me everywhere. She always smelled like gardenias and tuberose. An intoxicating mixture—feminine and mysterious."

Truth or Dare is described as a "unique blend of narcotic florals, balanced with addictive woods and vanilla."

Watch: Madonna gatecrashes Avicii’s set at ‘Ultra Music Festival'

Watch-Madonna-gatecrashes-Avicii’s-set-at-Ultra Music Festival

Last night in Miami, Madonna put in an appearance at the ‘Ultra Music Festival’ to introduce Swedish DJ, Avicii for his headlining set. He then spun a remix of her new single ‘Girl Gone Wild’.

The ‘Ultra Music Festival,’ celebrates electronic music, which sees over 100,000 people attend the festival each year. Biggest disappointment of the night was when Madonna failed to perform the song in front of anticipated concertgoers and instead opted to semi-dance behind the turntables.

How boring of Madonna. You’d think she’d go on stage, do some coochie-popping and bust out into an erratic routine. Maybe she was keeping her energy levels in tact for her upcoming ‘M.D.N.A.’ tour.

YouTube Bans Madonna’s ‘Girl Gone Wild’ From Public View

A Madonna campaign just wouldn’t be right without a little controversy.

For, after releasing the well received clip that is ‘Girl Gone Wild‘ last week, it has been restricted by YouTube, deemed too raunchy to be seen by the masses.

Details below…

According to the New York Post, YouTube viewers who wish to watch the clip must now verify they are over 18 before they are allowed to watch it.

They explain:

YouTube chiefs have restricted the video for those 18 years or above, and sources tell us they’ve told the superstar’s management that if they want it to be available for viewing by all, they must edit out shots of bare bottoms, a man rubbing his crotch and an implied masturbation scene where a man gyrates before a mirror.

Sure to generate a  buzz for the commercially ill fated ‘MDNA’, the video’s restriction forced the icon’s publicist to respond with:

Some things never change. This is a throwback to [1990] when MTV refused to show ‘Justify My Love’.

As of now, Camp Ciccone are said to be editing out any ‘questionable’ scenes from the video, readying a ‘PG’ version of the clip for YouTube ahead of her LP’s March 26th release.

Madonna Vows To Defend G*y Community at Russian Concert

Madonna Vows To Defend

Singer Madonna has vowed to defend g*ys and l*sbians during a concert in the Russian capital city of St. Petersburg.

The MDNA star has promised to make the stand against local lawmakers after they implemented a bill which prohibits the so-called promotion of same-s*x relationships.

"I will come to St. Petersburg to speak up for the g*y community, to support the g*y community and to give strength and inspiration to anyone who is or feels oppressed," she wrote on her Facebook page on Wednesday.

"I don't run away from adversity. I will speak during my show about this ridiculous atrocity."

The assertion comes after fans threatened to protest outside the show on 9 August - and just 48 hours after a New York Times journalist blog called for a boycott of St. Petersburg - specifically referencing Madonna.

The controversial legislation - which has been heavily campaigned against by LGBT activists - will see people fined up to $16,000 and organisations up to $16,000 for the "promotion" of homos*xuality among minors.

It would also put a blanket ban on g*y Pride events, which have been a contentious issue in recent years.

The law also restricts discussion about l*sbian, bis*xual and tr*nsgender issues.

The legislation, which has been forced through without any public discussion and has no scientific or medical grounding, has been slammed for contributing directly to intolerance.

Russia threatens to Madonna with a fine if he defends homos*xuals in their concert

Russia threatens to Madonna

The Russian authorities have threatened the singer Madonna with a fine if he defends homos*xuals during the concert to be given at the city of St. Petersburg in August.

“If Madonna or any of the organizers in breach of the law shall be punished: the singer can receive a fine of up to 5,000 roubles ($170)”, said Vitaliy Milónov, official member of the House of the second Russian city, according to the Interfax Agency.

The St Petersburg region authorities recently approved a controversial law which prohibits homos*xual propaganda and the Russian Orthodox Church wants to extend to all Russia.

“I am willing to endure for two hours and attend the concert (…), for the control of moral content of the performance,” said the Deputy.

Madonna said Thursday on his Facebook page that “will speak in favor of the g*y community to show them their support and give strength and inspiration to anyone who is or feels oppressed” during her concert in the old imperial capital.

“Not fled in the face of adversity.” “Will speak during my performance on this ridiculous outrage,” he said.

According to the new law, in the Russian region has been prohibited by law the spread of information about homos*xuality, bis*xuality, lesb*anism, transs*xuality and ped*rasty.

Homos*xual organizations have criticized the law consider that it is a violation of freedom of expression and that it will serve as pretext to continue banning g*y pride marches.

The last attempt to hold a g*y pride March in May 2011 in the Russian capital resulted in violent among homos*xuals and ultranationalist activists clashes and the arrest of dozens of people.

Madonna already starred the first time he appeared in Russian lands in 2006 within the framework of their Confessions world tour due to criticisms expressed by Orthodox fundamentalists against the pop diva a great scandal.

The moment in which the singer appeared hanging from a cross with a Crown of thorns on the head is that most shocked the Russian Orthodox, which petitioned the Patriarch that he excomulgara the organizers.

Until May 27, 1993 was not abolished article 121 of the Criminal Code of Russia homos*xual practices which sanctioned with prison sentences.

That same year he was also left consider homos*xuality as a mental illness.
