Pregnant Snooki Tweets High School Photos

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi opened up about her high school years in a recent interview with V magazine, observing of her freshmen clique, "We were all pretty girls in cheerleading and stuff."

And when the expectant guidette shared some old photos courtesy of Papa Polizzi this week, we had to admit that teenage Snooki was quite cute. The pictures reveal a fresh-faced Snooks with sunny highlights in her long mane.

We've, of course, already seen photos of Snooki in her cheerleading uniform.

The pint-size "Jersey Shore" star, who is expecting her first child with fiance Jionni LaValle, has had a lot to tweet about lately, aside from this walk down memory lane. She has been promoting her new novel, "Gorilla Beach," and chronicling the growth of her baby bump.

She recently expressed hope that her baby-to-be will turn out to be "a dedicated cheerleader like mommy or a strong wrestler like daddy." (We now know that she is expecting a little boy.)

Snooki On Being A Mom: Everyone Will Be Surprised

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi took to Twitter to make light of the media's obsession with celebrity baby bumps Friday, posting a photo of herself with a faux distended belly.

But in V magazine's upcoming Americana Issue, the "Jersey Shore" star, who is expecting her first child with fiance Jionni LaValle, gets candid about her feelings on motherhood. "I can't wait to meet my kid!" she says. "Everyone will be surprised to see a different side of me. I'm loving, caring, sensitive, protective and very maternal, no matter what people might think."

"Jersey Shore" viewers also might be surprised that the expectant guidette follows a more wholesome lifestyle than her antics on the show suggest. “When we film I really don’t care what I look like,” she says. “I just enjoy it and have fun. That’s why people love us. I’m overweight because we’re drinking and eating bad, but when I’m not filming I never drink and I eat healthy all the time.”

While Snooki claims she is "probably the No. 1 most-bullied celebrity," she tells V that she's used to feeling scrutinized. "I've been bullied my whole life," she says. "In high school, me and my girlfriends were freshmen and we were all pretty girls in cheerleading and stuff, so the older girls would bully us because all of their guys wanted to hang out with us."

But the plucky, pint-size star doesn't let it faze her. "I really don't go with trends," she says. "I don't try to fit in like everyone else does in Hollywood. I just like to be different and I don't care."

In fact, Snooki hopes that her little one will take after her; she recently tweeted that the child will turn out to be "a dedicated cheerleader like mommy or a strong wrestler like daddy."

Pic: Pregnant Snooki Tweets About Growing Baby Bump

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi recently told Us Weekly that at five months pregnant, she hasn't yet had to add maternity clothes to her wardrobe. The pint-size "Jersey Shore" star, who is expecting her first child with fiance Jionni LaValle, said she was worried that her baby bump will grow as large as Jessica Simpson's, joking "I would die if I were her size."

But the expectant guidette took to Twitter Friday evening to share a photo revealing what appears to be an overnight growth spurt (or more likely, a beach ball stuffed inside her pink tunic).

This isn't the first time Snooki has tweeted a playful pregnancy-themed photo. Last month, she posted a picture of herself in a fighting pose, with the caption "Preggers power. I'll cut a bitch if you mess w my baby!"

While Snooki's bump photo was clearly a gag, Alyson Hannigan, due to give birth in June, tweeted a more credible comment on the matter Tuesday. "Congrats to Jessica Simpson! Does this mean I now have the biggest baby bump in Hollywood?" the "American Reunion" star wanted to know.

Snooki: I Would Die If My Baby Bump Looked Like Jessica Simpson's

"My baby's gonna be naturally tan," the 24-year-old reality star told Us Weekly at the MTV Upfronts in NYC Thursday. "If you look at me and Jionni (LaValle), we're very dark, so luckily the baby will be very dark."

Polizzi's Jersey Shore costar Paul "DJ Pauly D" DelVecchio joked that "she'll have to wait until her baby is 2 or 3" before she introduces her child to the second phase of GTL.

"Just like Toddlers & Tiaras! They spray tan those babies," Jenni "JWoww" Farley, 25, added. "I saw them do that!"

Polizzi then assured Us, "I won't be spray tanning my baby."

She will, however, be dressing her baby in typical Jersey fashions. "If it's a girl, animal print everywhere and blinged out everything," Polizzi said. "If it's a boy, I would dress him like Pauly."

Polizzi added that she hasn't been wearing maternity clothes yet. "I'm so skinny that I can wear larges or extra larges. I only just bumped up to a medium," she revealed. "I'm five months and you can't really see anything. It's gonna pop up in like a week."

The pregnant star told Us that she's afraid her baby bump will become as large as Jessica Simpson, who is due any day. "I would die if I were her size," Polizzi laughed.

Joked DelVecchio, 31: "She's like 45 months pregnant right now!"

Unlike Simpson, 31, Polizzi won't be pigging out on buttered Pop Tarts. "She said she indulged in everything that she wanted," the MTV star said. "I'm trying to each healthy -- fruits, lots of jelly and Italian ices. Nothing fattening at all."

Snooki Tweets Sexy Pic of the Inside of Her Shoe-Packed Closet

The pregnant Jersey Shore starlet shared a pic of the inside of her massive closet on Tuesday, its shelves packed to the gills with her signature over-the-top outfits and accessories.

"My closet = my sanctuary," she tweeted to her 4.8 million followers Wednesday.

Looks like the Poughkeepsie-native will be able to continue to afford her vibrant and loud outfits, plus an equally as decked-out nursery for her and fiance Jionni LaValle's baby-to-be.

In a new report on Parade.com, Snooki is expected to earn a whopping $1.6 million this year. In addition to shooting her spin-off with housemate Jenni "JWoww" Farley, the 24-year-old will also be shooting season 6 of Jersey Shore this summer.

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is showing off the perks of her pregnancy.

The Jersey Shore star, 24, may have excitedly shed some weight, but now that she's pregnant, she's proud of what she's gained – in the chest area.

"I got swagger with my pregnant self," Polizzi Tweeted on Thursday, with some serious cleavage peeking out of her neon yellow top.

The MTV personality and her fiancé Jionni LaValle officially announced their pregnancy in March.

Video: Snooki's First TV Interview About Her Pregnancy And Engagement

"Jersey Shore" (Thu., 10 p.m. ET on MTV) Season 5 came to an end Thursday night and as part of the festivities MTV aired Snooki's first television interview about her pregnancy and engagement to boyfriend Jionni LaValle.



The pint-size Guidette only confirmed her pregnancy recently after having denied the rumors for weeks.



Now that the cat's out of the bag, Snooki's really excited to share her pregnancy with her fans and is looking forward to being a young mom. "Now I can be a MILF!" she joked.



Snooki's pregnancy and engagement are likely to feature prominently on her new show, a "Jersey Shore" spin-off with JWoww. Production on the series is currently underway in Jersey City, and the "Examiner" reports that the pair (and camera crew) are currently indulging in a pregnancy-friendly Spring Break in Cancun.

See Snooki's Pregnant Bikini Body

She may be 16 weeks pregnant, but that hasn't stopped Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi from going on spring break!



The pregnant Jersey Shore star, 24, soaked up the sun in Mexico Thursday with costar Jenni "JWoww" Farley and BFF Caitlin Ryder. Polizzi, who's currently expecting her first child with fiance Jionni LaValle, hid her tiny baby bump with a floral cover-up.



Though she hasn't put on much weight yet, "my boobs are huge -- like, D's," Polizzi told Us Weekly when she confirmed her pregnancy and engagement. "Jionni likes them."

Farley, meanwhile, showed off her large breast implants in a skimpy hot pink bikini, which matched her oversized flower earrings.

Though they don't yet know their child's gender, Polizzi and her fiance, 24, have already begun the baby naming process. "Jionni Jr. for a boy," Polizzi told Us. "We haven't thought of girl names yet. I want something Italian and normal. Not like Blanket. Or Lamp."

Pregnant Snooki Gets Surprised by In-Laws with Engagement Bash

Now that the news of Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's pregnancy and engagement is finally confirmed and public knowledge, the pint-sized Jersey Shore star was feted with a surprise bash on Saturday!

Arriving ahead of the guest of honor, Snooki's Jersey Shore housemate Jenni "JWoww" Farley and her boyfriend Roger Matthews carried in a large box while Snooki's parents appeared with "Congratulations" balloons and flowers.

The party was held at her fiance Jionni LaValle's parents' home in East Hanover, NJ. No word if Snooki's fellow MTV stars, Deena Cortese, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola, Vinny Guadagnino, Pauly DelVecchio and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, were in attendance.

In the new issue of Us Weekly, on stands through Friday, Snooki, 24, exclusively confirmed that she was 15 weeks pregnant and engaged to LaValle, her beau of one and a half years.

"I have different priorities now," the reformed party girl explained to Us. "I don't care what anybody else thinks. As long as I know I'm ready and he's ready."

Rihanna offer congratulations to Snooki

For a "Rude Girl," Rihanna sure put on a polite face to offer congratulations to an expecting Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi. After Rihanna showed her support at Brad Pitt's Make It Right Foundation fund-raiser, the singer was asked what she thought about Snooki's plus one status.



"That's dope," she told reporters, according to Radar Online. "We need more Snookis in the world."



But Rihanna isn't the only one in Snooki's corner when it comes to her forthcoming career move -- motherhood.

"Any mom, whether they're 40 or 24, doesn't know what it is like until the baby is there," Snooki's "Jersey Shore" roommate Vinny Guadagnino told The Huffington Post. "Everyone can talk about how irresponsible she is and how she drinks, but you don't know how she'll be when the baby comes out."

The pint-size guidette's former frenemy and Season 1 and 2 housemate, Angelina Pivarnick, offered up her services once the baby meatball is born.

"I love kids and wish her a very good pregnancy," Pivarnick told The Huffington Post. "Maybe one day I'll babysit. What I went through when I was pregnant was horrible. I just hope all this media pressure doesn't have a toll on her and the baby."

Why Snooki Lied About Her Pregnancy..!

Snooki finally took to the cover of Us Weekly this week to confirm what we've all been suspecting -- she's pregnant. So why did the pouf-haired reality star lie to "Good Morning America" and others when asked if she was expecting a baby?

The "Jersey Shore" star sat down for numerous press interviews in early February to promote her forthcoming spin-off show with Jenni "JWoww" Farley, and each time denied that she was expecting. But in her pregnancy confirmation interview with Us, she admits that she knew she was pregnant in early January.

"'S--t, I've been drinking!'" was Snooki's first thought when she found out about her baby news, according to the magazine. "I was worried. It was New Year's Eve and we were in Vegas, so I did go crazy."

"All along, Snooki wanted to make money off the announcement and sell the exclusive to a magazine," one tabloid editor tells me. "It's not unusual for stars to do this. Britneys Spears' sister made over $500,000 when she told the story that she was pregnant. But now, times have changed and no one is getting that sort of money anymore. Snooki would only have earned anywhere from $10,000 to $15,000 for her story."

But was waiting to sell her story worth lying to her fans?

"We all know that celebrities and their publicists don't always tell the truth," another weekly magazine editor tells me. "For weeks, Jennifer Aniston's people said her marriage to Brad was not in trouble, the same with Jessica and Nick. But what makes this different is it wasn't Snooki's people that were not honest, it was Snooki herself. She was asked directly if she was pregnant and lied."

Asked point-blank on Feb. 2 if she was expecting by Lara Spencer of "Good Morning America," Snooki said, "the rumors said that an insider said something but I never said I was pregnant, so I'm thinking people are thinking I'm fat or something. It's like an insult, kind of ... Being pregnant should be a real thing and a happy thing and I'm not."

From now on, members of the press and the public will have to take everything Snooki says with a meatball-sized grain of salt.

Deena on Snooki Pregnancy: Crazy, But Awesome

Only 19 percent of respondents in THG's poll (below) feel that pregnant Snooki, who finally confirmed that she is with child this week, will be a good mom.



Deena Nicole Cortese would count herself among that minority.



"I was surprised, because that's my little Meatball!" said her Jersey Shore co-star and BFF to Andy Cohen on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live.



But she's thrilled for Snook - and optimistic.

Pregnant Snooki Before She Was Famous (PHOTO)

Snooki is pregnant with her first child with fiance Jionni LaValle, and we'll likely be seeing a whole new maternal side to the reality star in the coming months. However, before Snooki started partying hard on MTV's "Jersey Shore," she was just a normal high school student in New York.


Our friends over at Snakkle.com have uncovered a great flashback photo of Snooki as a high school cheerleader at Marlboro High School in Marlboro, New York in 2006.

Snooki Is Pregnant, Weird-Looking On Us Cover

“OMG! I’m pregnant!” reads the headline of Snooki’s Us Weekly cover story. But sorry, magazine people, the only thing that’s surprising here is how weird they’ve made her look. Her normally cute, round face is all sharp angles, and the cups of that dress are too small for her boobs, and she’s holding her belly like she’s five months pregnant, not 15 weeks. But we do like that headline, if only because we can hear Snook’s voice saying it in our head.


Snooki, who also confirmed that she and Jionni LaValle are engaged, said they found out she was pregnant after New Year’s, which made her panic about the baby’s health. “‘S–t, I’ve been drinking!’ I was worried,” she told the magazine. “It was New Year’s Eve and we were in Vegas, so I did go crazy.”

But now the two 24-year-olds are determined to be responsible parents. “I have different priorities now,” she said, and she doesn’t care what the public has to say about her impending motherhood, “As long as I know I’m ready and he’s ready.”

“We are not going to screw this up,” Jionni added.

Well, good for you kids. We hope you stick to it. And we also hope the paycheck for this cover goes toward a totally sweet nursery for your tiny guido/ette.

Snooki is Pregnant AND Engaged

Well, we saw that one coming. Once it was confirmed that Snooki was “with child,” we either expected her to get into a bar fight, pass out in a hammock, make-out with someone in a hot tub or announce that she was getting engaged.


All of those things were equally likely to happen.

People mag has confirmed that Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and her boyfriend Jionni LaValle are engaged!

Congrats to the happy couple, and my condolences to Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, whose heart is surely broken, on account of he once hooked up with Snooki and told her he had feelings for her, or maybe he said she was a “cool chick” and “not a grenade” or something? Either way, same thing.

Anyways, Snooki has been talking about trying to get Jionni to pop the question for a while, I guess a baby was all it took.

“I know he's the one so I know the ring's gonna come soon,” Snooki said in January.

“Well, not soon-soon,” Snooki remarked, “He knows it should be big, because if it's small I'm saying no. Like, 'Get another ring!'”

So, hopefully, Jionni bought a really huge ring. Hey, do they make knock-offs of Kim Kardashian's ring? Snooki wouldn't know the difference.

Snooki and JWoww are apparently diving head-first into filming their new reality show spin-off. MTV producers have reportedly been calling baby-clothing stores in Jersey to get rights to film inside the shops, because the new spin-off will revolve around Snooki's baby bump.

Their new reality show is going to be JUST like that other MTV reality show…”True Life: It's A Baby, Not A Muffin-top.”

Snooki Blows Off Her Stylist For The Grammy Red Carpet

First of all, Snooki has a stylist. Think about it. Take it in. Second of all, when it comes big events like last night’s Grammy red carpet, sometimes Snooki likes to follow her primal fashion instincts

and pick out her own couture frock and massive heels. “I do have a stylist,” the Jersey Shore star admitted when asked about the Bebe dress she purchased Saturday for the event. “But I just like to pick out my own clothes because I feel normal, and I like to be normal. I’m not something crazy.” So it’s only by feeling normal that Snooki can pick out her many insane, amazing outfits. It’s kind of like using the Force, but with more print minidresses!

Snooks probably could have used some professional guidance last night, however, when it came to her unwieldy accessories. “I tried to kind of be like Gaga with the bow,” she says of her oversized hair swag. “It was actually in front of my face but my eyelashes are so long I couldn’t blink.” See, that’s what stylists are for! Helping trim back your eyelashes. That, and peeling off your nail stickers.
